Emory & Henry College, located in western Virginia, is the home their 21 time national championship Equestrian Team. J Martinolich Architect was retained to masterplan and develop the design for a new equestrian center for the College. The center will include stabling for over 100 horses, two indoor riding rings with spectator seating, conference and meetings areas, offices, classrooms, as well as an outdoor events arena and derby field (outdoor jump ring). The new facilities will be used for training, academics, and hosting intercollegiate competitions.
